ANNOUNCEMENT


On 17 June, 2011 the Odessa Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies conducts the International Conference “Ukraine and Middle East in the first decade of XXI centaury: state|figure| and prospects of relations’ development”. The project of the Program of the Conference is added.

Primary goal of the International Conference: to analyze Ukraine’s policy in relation to basic Middle East regional problems in the conditions of competition between the Great States in this region, to consider the different aspects of trade and economic activity of Ukraine in the Middle East, to present recommendation concerning Ukraine’s Middle East policy and taking into consideration new processes and tendencies in the Middle East, which arose up as a result of the Arabic revolutions at the beginning of 2011 year.

Place of conducting the International Conference : Odessa, Kanatna Street, 83, 3-th floor, conference hall.(See a disposition map).
Workings languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Arabic.
Duration of presentations is up to 10 min., remarks in discussions – up to 3 min.

Persons interested to take part in the Conference have to send short theses of their presentations ( 3-5 pages) to Organizational Committee, and also filled the Application form (attached) to May, 15, 2011.

The Organizational Committee does not compensate the expense of the Ukrainian and Foreign Participants in the Conference.
